A familiar complaint. 3 to 5 mason jars, with screen tops under the galley sink served with salad dressing helped. My favorites were alfalfa & radish sprouts. For bread, it’s surprising how many ways corn bread can be fixed with peanut butter for a bedtime snack — jelly, butter pickle, cheese. Smooth seas & happy sailing.
